No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service amount.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
How The Common Good collects, uses, and protects your information.

When you book a service with The Common Good, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, address, and any health information relevant to your massage therapy treatment. This information is collected through our booking platform (Jane App) and direct communications.
We use your personal information to schedule and provide massage therapy services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process payments, issue RMT receipts for insurance purposes, and communicate important updates about your bookings. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
As a registered massage therapy provider, we may collect health intake information to ensure your safety and provide appropriate treatment. This information is kept strictly confidential and is only accessible to your treating therapist. All health records are handled in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy legislation.
Your personal information is stored securely through Jane App, our HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant booking platform. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
RMT receipts issued for insurance purposes contain your name, date of service, service description, amount paid, and your therapist's registration information. You may request a receipt at any time by contacting us at upkarb.rmt@gmail.com.
